DeQuan’s
I provides services to a wide variety of
public and private sector clients, as well
as directly to homeowners. From planning and
design, through construction and move-in, we
focus on achieving owners’ goals for cost,
schedule and quality, whether it’s a $2,000
project or a $600 million program.
Our management team has more
than 30 combined years of hands-on
experience in construction management,
housing rehabilitation and development, and
a wide variety of specialty construction
services, from the earliest planning stages,
through final project closeout. We’ve been
involved in projects such as the new $600
million Washington DC Convention Center;
WMATA subsurface subway and tunneling
projects ranging from $50-$100 million; a $4
million Housing & Community Development
Block Grant Program; as well as more modest
projects such as drywall and painting.

Elkridge Estates
A
unique, award winning master planned community in Northern Anystate.
Allied Consolidated was the largest builder invited to design and build
distinctive homes. The community boasts wonderful amenities including
walking and hiking trails, clubhouse, water park, tennis courts, golf
course, several playgrounds, skateboard park, soccer field, and much
more!

The Miller Home
This
charming home is appointed with many elegant details including custom
crafted wood appointments throughout. This ranch style home combines
the cozy feel of a mountain cabin with the space of a large luxury
home. Vaulted ceilings and a remarkable great room make this a
comfortable home that feels like a vacation retreat.
ACME professional Building
Building
Features: This 75,000 square foot, three-story multi-tenant
professional building is located in southern Anytown. Bold shapes and
innovative design make this one of Anytown's most notable landmarks in
recent years. Stunning architecture and functional design make this
unique building a real treasure! Completed in May of 2007
ACME Dynamite Headquarters
This
5,700 square foot wood framed building features high quality millwork,
extra large glass windows and a breathtaking tile lobby. Surrounded by
grass, trees and sculptures, this building has it all. Completed in
November 2006
